Remembrance day 2015
On the eve of remembrance day, we take a look back and remember those men and women whom have selflessly given their lives, serving their country and protecting us as a nation.
Our very own Karen Jukes was said to have been honored to lay our Remembrance day wreath that was laid on the memorial statue in Market Drayton, where our Headquarters are based.
At The Will Associates, we boast a strong former services background, where many of our consultants and employees are ex-military. Two of our Directors have served our country with CEO Alan Gardiner serving 10 years in the RAF and National Training Director Paul DuBois serving as a PTI in the Army for 20 years.
In many parts of the world, people observe a one or more commonly a two-minute silence at 11:00 a.m. local time as a sign of respect in the first minute for the roughly 20 million people who died in the war, and in the second minute dedicated to the living left behind, generally understood to be wives, children and families left behind but deeply affected by the conflict.
We will be of course adhering to the two-minute moment of silence where all active work will cease and our respect will be paid.
Lest We Forget.
